Our Philisophy
Knights Baseball and Softball is Southwest Florida's premier travel organization. Our mission is to develop young athletes from the inside out, providing complete player development, while providing a solid foundation for future successes at the high school and collegiate levels. We strive to develop young men, women, and strong communities through the great game of baseball/softball.
Program Purpose
The coaches commitment to the players and parents is to develop each and every kid to compete equally at the same level. Player consistency is our mission.
The Players
The Knights Organization weighs "Athletic Ability" as the heaviest component when recruiting players. Attitude and team chemistry is going to be adopted by the personalities of our great coaching staff.
The Parents
The Knights are looking for parents that value consistency and improvement over wins and losses. Winning is always fun, but winning when half the team is hitting 0-4 and making the same errors time after time is not what this program is about.
Commitment & Work Ethic
Baseball is a game of skill that requires hours and hours of practice and repetition. The Knights are only going to accept players who will show up to practice on time and work hard from the first minute of practice until the end.
